TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Polish and Rinse Detailing LLC.
By booking or receiving service, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide mobile interior and exterior vehicle detailing services at customer-approved locations.
Service results may vary depending on:
- Vehicle condition
- Surface damage
- Stain age or material
- Environmental factors
We do not guarantee 100% stain removal or restoration of pre-existing damage.
2. Scheduling & Access
Customers must:
- Provide accurate service location
- Ensure safe working conditions
- Provide access to the vehicle at scheduled time
Missed appointments may result in cancellation or rescheduling fees.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices may vary depending on:
- Vehicle size
- Condition
- Service complexity
Final price may be adjusted after inspection.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request at least 12 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
5. Liability
Polish and Rinse Detailing LLC is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Mechanical issues
- Personal items left in vehicle
- Damage caused by undisclosed hazards
Customers should remove valuables prior to service.
6. Weather & Environmental Conditions
Mobile services may be delayed or rescheduled due to:
- Rain
- Extreme temperatures
- Unsafe working conditions
7. Satisfaction Policy
If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours of service so we may address concerns.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
